Because colored contact lenses are medical and hygienic products, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once the packaging has been opened or the seal is broken. This policy helps maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards for every customer.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Email our support team with your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Conditions for Refund or Replacement

To qualify, please ensure that:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Photos or videos are provided to document the issue clearly.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Opened or used contact lenses.

  • Orders with incorrect prescription or shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.
